Did I mention… Book signing and reading TOMORROW!

Reading Katie the Paramedic

As I write this, I am wondering if I shall sleep at all tonight. I am thinking about the book signing tomorrow at Waterstone’s and I’m getting more than a little anxious; what if no one turns up? I’ll be sat there on my own … Well hopefully I can rely on my daughter Katie, my mum and other close family to make the effort at least!

I don’t want to give too much more of the book away – don’t want to spoil it for tomorrow! So today’s tasty teaser that I would like to share with you is that my daughter Katie drew the pictures with a little help from her friends and a young cousin; Lauren, Charlotte, Bethany, Ethan and Emma.

I wanted to add a little extra something to the proceedings so I got in contact with an old friend of mine, Adrian (thank heavens for Facebook!). Many years ago Adrian and I worked together on the Spanish National Circus; he was working with the famous clown Charlie Caroli at the time. Even though Adrian and I haven’t seen each other for quite sometime, he has kindly agreed to come along on the day and support us by using some of his circus skills to entertain the children while Katie and I sign some books. I have decided to honour the circus theme too and have a special costume for the occasion!

So – the circus is definitely coming to Croydon town – I hope to see you there.

So sorry I can’t be there but wanted to wish you lots of fun and laughter! Have a slight phobia of clowns (especially real ones – I think they are all evil!!) so since reading your post maybe it’s better I can’t make it!!!!! Looking forward to reading the book at the end of the month!! Cheque will be on its way on payday!!!!
